The Project Steering Group is the key vehicle to advise on and oversee the implementation of the project. Whilst responsibility for ensuring key milestones are met in relation to the project rests with the Galway City Community Network, collaboration with stakeholders is key to the success of the project.
Role and Responsibilities of the Project Steering Group
- The role of the Steering Group is to advise and support the development of the project, agree project work plans and receive and provide feedback on reports and updates.
- The Steering Group will also have role in progressing the LECP action as outlined above.
Steering Group Members
The role of members of the Steering Group is to represent the interests of the project within their own organisation’s structures. Members are expected to represent the range of organisations they represent and not their own or any individual organisational positions and/or interests.
