We are delighted to attach the formal invitation to the GCCN Plenary Meeting next Tuesday evening (December 1^st) in the Menlo Park Hotel. This will incorporate three elements:

• 7pm-8pm – Members’ Meeting (registration from 6.30pm) – the agenda is attached;
• 8pm-9pm – Brief presentations on Galway 2020; Galway Healthy Cities; Galway Smart Cities Initiative
• 9pm: Celebrating Communities – Reception to thank you and celebrate the work of the community, voluntary and environmental sectors in Galway City.

We will have one election on the evening – to cover the arts/culture element of the Economic, Enterprise and Culture SPC. Please see the information and nomination form that has been sent to all members to be submitted by Friday November 27^th at 5pm. Please note that nominees should be prepared to present briefly at the Plenary meeting.
