This event is held by GCCN in collaboration with the Galway City Partnership, the BRIDGE Project and the Galway County PPN and is a continuation of the recent Social Inclusion Linkage Group meeting held in May 2021 which had a specific focus on the national consultation Towards a National Action Plan Against Racism for Ireland.
An independent Anti-Racism Committee was appointed by the government in 2020 to develop a new National Action Plan Against Racism for Ireland.
The consultation on the National Action Plan against Racism for Ireland was launched in April 2021 and will run until July 14th.
