Applications for funding under the Community Enhancement Programme (CEP) for 2020 for Community Centres and Community Buildings are now invited from interested community groups and organisations in Galway City.
Galway City LCDC has received an allocation of €109,412 under the Community Enhancement Programme 2020 fund for Community Centres and Community Buildings. The fund is being made available under the Government’s July Stimulus package and is to be provided through the Community Enhancement Programme (CEP).
Under this programme, capital grants will be provided towards the maintenance, improvement and upkeep of community centres and community buildings. Similar expenditure on other community facilities will also be allowed. Applications should relate to one or more key priority areas identified in the Galway City Local Economic & Community Plan 2015 – 2021.
The closing date for applications under the Community Enhancement Programme 2020 fund for Community Centres and Community Buildings is Friday, 18th September, 2020 at 4.00pm.
Applications can be completed online and guidelines are available to view at www.galwaycity.ie/cep2020.
