The next meeting of the Housing SPC will take place on April 5th. The agenda will include:

  • Homeless report and update
  • Draft Housing & Disability strategy
  • Draft Anti-Social Behaviour Strategy
  • Draft Scheme of Letting Priorities (Incl transfer policy
  • Public Private Partnership development proposals on council land
  • Proposed amendment to Differential Rent Scheme

The GCCN Housing & Accommodation Linkage Group provides an opportunity to talk about the agenda items and other issues that we would like to see the representatives raise. A meeting of the Linkage Group will take place next Wednesday 29th March at 4.00pm in the COPE Galway office at Clabro House, Tuam Road.
